1) How do I know I can trust your company?

Besides prescreening our staff and having workers compensation, we are licensed, insured, and bonded.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and it is 100% guaranteed! If you feel that something did not
meet your expectations, we will fix it free of charge. We assure that you will be more than pleased with our
service!

2) What are your hours of operation?
|
We are available for service Monday through Saturday from 8am-5pm. Special arrangements can be made
with advance notice.

3) How often do people receive cleaning services?
|
Clients can choose to have their homes cleaned weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), monthly or just once.
In terms of carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing, the frequency of these services vary
depending on the client.

4) Does someone need to be home when the cleaners arrive?
|
No, most of our clients are not at home during the service. The details can be worked out prior to the cleaning
once the service is booked. You may choose to hide the key, give us the key or have a neighbor open the door
for us.

5) How many cleaners will be in my home for each cleaning?
|
The number of cleaners depends on the size of the job and the requested services. Crews range from one to
three cleaners.

6) What payment options do I have?
|
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (there is a $25.00 fee on all returned checks). Payment is due
on day of service.

7) What happens if I need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment?
|
We need at least 2 business days notice. If appropriate notice is not given there will be a $50 fee.
