Besides prescreening our staff and having workers compensation, we are licensed, insured, and bonded. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and it is 100% guaranteed! If you feel that something did not meet your expectations, we will fix it free of charge. We assure that you will be more than pleased with our service!
We are available for service Monday through Saturday from 8am-5pm. Special arrangements can be made with advance notice.
Clients can choose to have their homes cleaned weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), monthly or just once. In terms of carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing, the frequency of these services vary depending on the client.
No, most of our clients are not at home during the service. The details can be worked out prior to the cleaning once the service is booked. You may choose to hide the key, give us the key or have a neighbor open the door for us.
The number of cleaners depends on the size of the job and the requested services. Crews range from one to three cleaners.
We accept cash, and all major credit cards. Payment is due on day of service.
We need at least 2 business days notice. If appropriate notice is not given there will be a $50 fee.
